What we do

Frame fabrication

SMCTech fabricates precise frames, fixtures with various types of material as aluminum, stainless steel, steel and offering surface finishing solution in-house as well.

TIG, MIG and Fiber laser welding machine.

Finishing with powder coating, liquid painting, heavy phosphate coating

What we do

Powder coating
Spray painting

Powder coating perform in isolated room to prevent dust, separate treatment process for steel and aluminum.
Spray painting solution is applied for complicated texture requirement, multiple coatings for both steel and aluminum.

Steel material products size up to 3.0 x 1.5 x 1.5 m, treatment with
Zinc phosphate.
Aluminum material products size up to 2.5 x 1.0 x 1.5 m, treatment with chromium III (Cr3+)
Silk screen printing in-house on both flat and curved surfaces.
RoHS compliance.

What we do

Anodizing type II, III &
Chromate conversion coating

We offer protection aluminum's surface by Anodizing or Alodine coating (Kind of chromate conversion coating.

Anodizing line can handle parts with size up to 3.0 x 1.0 x 1.2 m, with multi color applicable (Anodizing type II, class 1, 2)
Hard anodizing offers parts with size up to 1.6 x 0.8 x 1.2 m (Anodizing type III, class 1)
Alodine coating is a type of chromate conversion coating used to Aluminum (CT3796, CT3700 or Yellow Alodine)
FDA, RoHS compliance.
